To qualify for the early registration fee, please ensure payment is received on or before 03 February 2027.  Thereafter the higher/late registration fee will apply.

Delegates may pay by Credit Card or Electronic Bank Transfer  

If you are paying by credit card, payment will automatically be charged to your card at the time of processing. Payments by Credit Card will incur a 4,5% Credit Card and Online Merchant fee.

If you are paying by bank transfer/EFT, please ensure payment is received by the early bird registration deadline date in order to receive this discount.  If payment is received AFTER 03 February 2027, the late registration fee will apply.

Please ensure payment is received into the bank account below by the required deadline date.  It would be appreciated if you made payment within 2 weeks of registration.

No changes to your workshops and conference registration will be allowed onsite that differs from your official purchase order form.

Your registration is only confirmed, and entrance is only permitted if prepayment is received prior to the start of the conference or if you make payment onsite at registration.  

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat at info@sameaconf.co.za

 

Refunds in the Event of Cancellation

Refunds will be processed as follows for any cancellations received in writing by the following dates:

On or before 11 December 2026:  all fees paid less 10% administration fee

From 12 December 2026 to 15 February 2027:  all fees paid less 70% administration and cancellation fee

For any cancellations after 15 February 2027, 100% cancellation fees will be applied. You may nominate a replacement to attend in your place, but this must be done in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email info@sameaconf.co.za. Any delegate replacement is not valid unless acknowledged and processed by the Conference Secretariat, and the replacement delegate is in receipt of a confirmation of registration email bearing their own name.

No refunds will be processed for No-Shows.
